I don’t know about you all but i really enjoyed this game. The best part of the game was seeing Pens side we rarely get to see. They were sticking up for themselves and each other. Stars’ little dirty plays here and there eventually exploded in their face after Malkin got boarded with a late hit. Tyler Kennedy would have none of that. I mean how often do you get to see Kennedy fight, how about Sidney Crosby, Kris Letang (not counting preseason), and Chris Kunitz? This was all gold in my book. Plus by the end of the third the only thing i asked Pens to do was score another goal. Just to rub it in a little, maybe have the last word in, something to feel good about. Matt Cooke delivered. It was perfect!
If any Stars fans want to talk shit about Penguins lets just say that Godard, Engelland, Rupp all had plenty of ice time but no one from Stars would drop gloves with them. I am thinking of a five letter word that starts with a ‘p’, can you guess what it is?
Crosby sucks the life out of your team and beats up your team mates!
Grats to Craig Adams on his 600th career game! It would have been Pascals 600th game as well but grats to him and his wife on their new baby daughter Lola! Things Mike Comrie learned that day … you can’t score goals with your hands. Who would have thought?
