After Matt Cooke “flattened”  (read as Tavares dived) Tavares in retaliation to hit on Sidney Crosby earlier on Tusday night in the 6-4 win, Steigy said: “The law of the jungle is something that Matt Cooke knows extremely well.” Here is the best part about Cooke, apparently he is an awesome family man. Cooke said, “… If you don’t have family, you have nothing.” Apparently, he considers Pittsburgh Penguins his family and is willing to put his head on the line to stick up for them. If you missed it while Matt Cooke is enjoying that delicious gatorade you can see he has a tattoo on his arm, do not worry, i missed it the first time too! Further investigation proved that he indeed has a tattoo on his arm and  upper ribcage. ” … Skin Graffix, where Matt got his tattoos …  family’s initials on his arms …” Thanks Hockey Hall Of Fame! So the members of his family are his wife Michelle and his kids Jackson, Reece and Gabby. His tatto clearly shows Initials of M on the top, G on the bottom-left, and J and R made into one on the bottom-right. Enjoy!
