Privet! I’m MouthFullOfTang. This is a perfect night for me to make my introduction to the blog, since my husband had his first two point game of the season. USBZOSO can’t be with you tonight because he is at an undisclosed location with a mouth full of Geno. After Geno’s monsterous performance tonight, no one can dispute he certainly deserves the blowjob.
Anyway, look what we have here :

Sitting pretty at the top.
Tyler Kennedy opened up the scoring tonight against the St. Louis Blues with this blast:
Geno fights for control of the puck. Silly Paul Kariya thinks it’s acceptable to challenge him for it. Always the gentleman, Geno polietly asks Kariya to move out of his way. Kariya chose to throw around the only Russian he knows, and “nyet” was clearly the wrong answer.
“Na kaleni, suka!”
It is surely a mistake Kariya won’t make again.
Now, Evgeni Malkin does not like being denied. Geno gets what he wants, when he wants it. (Which is exactly why I am with you tonight.) Here it is, just over a minute after TK’s goal, determinately stuffing the puck past Mason:
Fedotenko keeps the goals coming in the second, with this shot (via a gorgeous pass from Letang):
Before I can fully process just how awesome Tanger’s assist is, and just as the announcer finishes announcing Fedotenko’s goal, Letang sends this wicked shot into the goal:
While initially credited to Letang, it is clear that Matt Cooke tipped it in. Here they are celebrating their combined effort :

As a Penguins fan, you’re pumped. What a great game! It’s 4 to nothing and your team is outshooting the opposition like crazy. It’s an amazing feeling. Obviously, St. Louis wasn’t feeling it. In fact, they were understandably feeling quite the opposite.

9 games into the season, and already making the opposition cry.
Somewhere in the second, Kariya enacts revenge for Geno’s earlier brutality. 4 – 1. Geno couldn’t be bothered cause he had already finalized his plans for a post game rendezvous with USBZOSO.
Just to put some icing on the cake, Alex Goligoski adds one midway through the third:
This was a pretty outstanding game from my perspective, but this guy doesn’t seem too happy:

Glad I wasn’t in that locker room tonight.
While this was overall a pretty damn successful game, there was a casualty. Gonchar is hurt, but it is not yet known what the problem is. Read all about it here.
Lastly, while USBZOSO enjoys the company of his Geno, and I enjoy thoughts of my husband and his two assists, you can enjoy this picture of USBZOSO’s dad chilling with Steelers great Jerome Bettis:
